Using the HubSpot Integration with Schedly

The Schedly and HubSpot integration connects your scheduling workflows directly to your CRM, giving you a seamless way to track meetings, contacts, and deals without manual entry. By connecting the two platforms, every scheduled meeting in Schedly can flow into HubSpot as a logged activity, ensuring your sales and marketing teams always have the context they need.

Benefits of the Integration

Automatic Contact Sync
Whenever a new booking happens in Schedly, a HubSpot contact is automatically created (or updated if they already exist).

Meeting Logging
Events scheduled through Schedly are logged as HubSpot activities, complete with date, time, and meeting type.

Deal Attribution
You can associate meetings with open deals or automatically create new ones, helping your pipeline stay accurate.

Streamlined Workflows
No more toggling between apps—customer interactions stay organized and in one place.

    • A new window will appear prompting you to log in to HubSpot.

    • Review and accept the permissions to allow Schedly to access your HubSpot account.

  4. Configure Sync Settings

    • Choose how contacts should sync (create new vs update existing).

    • Select which meeting types you’d like logged into HubSpot.

    • Enable deal association if required.

  5. Test the Connection

    • Book a test meeting in Schedly.

Common Use Cases

  • Sales Teams: Automatically track discovery calls and demos as HubSpot activities.

  • Marketing Teams: Attribute campaign-driven meetings directly to leads in HubSpot.

  • Customer Success: Keep onboarding or support check-ins synced with the customer record.

Troubleshooting

  • Meetings not syncing?

    • Check if the HubSpot account is still connected in Schedly under Integrations.

    • Verify that the meeting type is enabled in your sync settings.

  • Duplicate contacts created?

    • Confirm that email addresses match. HubSpot uses email as the unique identifier.
  • OAuth expired?

    • Reconnect the integration by repeating the setup process.

Getting the Most Out of HubSpot + Schedly

  • Use HubSpot Workflows to trigger automated actions after a Schedly booking (e.g., send follow-up emails).

  • Add Schedly booking links directly to HubSpot email templates for easy customer scheduling.

  • Run reports in HubSpot to measure how many meetings are generated from your campaigns.
